What to include

• Account or billing questions — email from the address on your account so we can find it.
• Refunds — what you bought and roughly when. No reason needed.
• A question you think is wrong — the Law number and roughly how the question was worded. If you are right, we fix it and you have improved the bank for everyone.

What we cannot help with

We are an independent study tool and have no connection to any football association. We cannot answer questions about your registration, your assessment date, your badge or your appointments — your federation or county association handles all of that.
