Refund and Cancellation Policy
We would rather give a refund than keep money from someone the product didn't help. Last updated 2026-09-04.
Try it before you pay
The full universal IFAB mock paper is free, needs no account, and ends with the same per-Law breakdown and answer review as the paid papers. It is a complete sample of what you would be buying, so please use it first.
Credit packs
We refund unused credits in full within 14 days of purchase, no reason needed.
A credit is used once you start a paper with it, because the paper and its answers are delivered at that moment. Credits already spent are not refundable, though if something went wrong with an attempt — it failed to load, or the paper was faulty — tell us and we will restore the credit.
Credits do not expire, so there is no need to rush to use them.
Pro subscription
You can cancel Pro at any time from the pricing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
We do not usually refund part of a period that has already begun, since access was available throughout it. If you subscribed within the last 14 days and have not sat a paid paper, contact us and we will refund it in full.
If a renewal took you by surprise — you meant to cancel and didn't use the new period — tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.
If you are an EU or UK consumer
You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content without giving a reason.
Because access is granted immediately, you may be asked at checkout to agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins. Where you have not started using what you bought, we honour the 14-day window regardless.
This policy does not affect any statutory right you have, including where content is faulty or not as described.
How to ask
Email hello@refereeprep.com from the address on your account, and say what you bought and roughly when. You do not need to give a reason.
We aim to reply within two working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and typically take a few working days to appear depending on your bank.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who may act as the seller of record. Their own refund terms may also apply, and in some cases the refund is issued by them rather than by us. We will tell you if that is the case.
